during world war 2 the official trot line was "revolutionary defeatism" so they tried to organize strikes in the US and such against the war effort. objectively pro-hitler.

i don't really know much about it. i don't even really understand what econometrics is, for example. i want to learn more about it eventually but right now i'm stuck on thinking through marxist views of the state. i don't really think most political questions seriously rest on economic theory anyway. like do you think obama knows anything at all about how fiscal policy really works.

i'm not that bad. i just mean i never took econometrics in school. i have a BA in economics from a good school but i sort of cheated and took all the philosophical courses.

That's what I would do. I just found a compsci program that was really cheap and easy.

Anyway I'm giddy to share my love for economics with you, aspie_muslim_economist, or anyone else who is bad at math like me.
