attach bungee cord to collar & defenestrate

petey generally lets us pet him wherever/whenever and he actually seems to enjoy being carried...the biggest problem is just trying to pick him up and take him out in the morning, he snaps and snarls everytime you try to pick him up and then he growls and hisses (like a zombie or somethin) all the way up the stairs until he gets outside. then he's great!

also, we're supposed to brush his teeth everyday which is v hard b/c he throws his head around and snaps.
#324
immerse him in a vat of molten fluorine
#325
if the dog is big enough to pick up you should put it in a sack and throw it in the river because it SuCKS
#326

Hello Forum Posters in thread about dogs, got a quick q 4 ya

this is Petey "Lil Pete" Peterdog, a 15 year old mystery mutt i inherited from my recently deceased grand dad. like all dogs, he is good. he is sweet and kisses u alll over ur face and he has arthritis so he walks funny it is adorable but also sad

here's my question: petey no longer possesses the ability to walk up stairs so we have to take him out to go potty during the course of the day. problem is, lil pete sometimes goes crazy when you attempt to pick him up and snarls and bites and makes all kinds of crazy ass sounds. i know it's b/c he's old, cranky and probably p uncomfortable a good deal of the time, esp if he's been lying down.

we're always super gentle when we pick him up and once he gets outside he's frolicking around smelling flowers like shit didnt just happen like he wasnt snarling and hissing and shit

anyways, is there a way to make him stop freaking out???? his bites hurt

my old arthritic dog cant do stairs very well. but she can still kind of do them. she likes us to put a towel or something under her so we can shoulder most of the weight while she struggles along the stairs. i a lways think "this would be way easier if i just picked her up" but i think she finds that undignified.

lol, yeah. i like to 'run' him up the stairs, like i'll support his body weight while half carrying him up the stairs and he moves his little legs like he's doing it all by himself. :'D

what kind of doggie you got?

When he brings in the news paper he always tears the entire thing to shreds except for a single tech article about social media web sites, so he's going to be put down. I'm sorry.
