one of the more horrifying possible futures i can think of is the upper class living as ageless cyborg gods, floating around with hyperevolved brains connected to all of human knowledge and unlimited processing power but probably still talking about raw food diets and self help aphorisms and shit

A lot of the technologies we call transhuman will strengthen labor versus capital and entrench the positions of the rich but they will also be awesome so we should do them anyways
