yeah krink mentioned it in another rhizzone thread. you'd never catch a political figure doing schedule 1 substances in the United States, a true country.

this word exotifies and privileges a dysphoria we experience in a way that blinds us to the context of our lives and bodies, and erases both the universal dysphoria of men and women under gender tyranny and the specific conditions of women's experience. in the future i will only use these words—"transgender", "cisgender"—if i am subjecting them and their related institutions to a radical feminist analysis. so, sorry for defending the use of the word "cisgender". it is, like "transgender", a very unfortunate word. later~

you better not be trolling me because i am actually having Feelings because of this and find myself liking a genderfucked person for the first time.

SariBari i agree with your critiques of the word "racist", and the arguments in the article discipline posted. i think i wanted to argue with you because you seemed to think that "racist" erases white people's experience in a way that "african-american" does not, and this seemed wrong to me. but since your experiences with "black" people have been ones of people actively affirming this label, including me, this is understandable, and my reaction was unreasonable. so i thought about it and i tried to take your critique to heart. i believe that i internalized a poisonous discourse of the black cultural-marxist establishment, and as a result have been attempting to claim an imposed (racial) identity, "african-american" as my own. because it is a group identifier from which it is very difficult for me to disassociate (so many of my friends have ID'd or still ID as blacks), i think i hoped to remove it from its bad theoretical context, but i realize now that this is impossible. this word exotifies and privileges a raciality we experience in a way that blinds us to the context of our lives and bodies, and erases both the universal raciality of white people under racism and the specific conditions of white experience. in the future i will only use these words—"racist", "african-american"—if i am subjecting them and their related institutions to a white supremacist analysis. so, sorry for defending the use of the word "racist". it is, like "african-american", a very unfortunate word. later~

post whatever you want in shitty threads but in threads with a good discussion or that I am personally enjoying stay away. hope this helps

a bunch of history

do not feel bad about making this about you bc to be 100% earnest again, i did not believe anything about you before the last post. i thought you were a gimmick...the early SRS, ascribing to radfem stuff. i dunno it seemed like the perfect lf/zzone troll. much better than all these hack nationalist/mra trolls, i might add :-p

let's get together when i move to nyc this summer. once your head is cleared, i think it's vitally important for you to become visible and vocal in the queer community about your experience and conclusion. i hope you can find the courage to do so. it was very nice for you to post this publicly esp because all of the sperglords are gonna rain down poop on us for it. thank you, sister.

the words "a poisonous discourse of the transsexual psychiatric-surgical establishment" make a whole lot of sense to me, I never really thought of it in a theoretically rigorous manner before.

any good books or papers you could recommend roseweird? I wouldn't be surprised if there simply wasn't anything in existence, trans-feminism is rly new and also contentious.

"radfem" is a slur on SA, should tell you all you know about what you should think (the opposite of SA always)

re: "transsexual psychiatric-surgical establishment". there is some good recent stuff on the phemonenon of de-transitioning which usually happens for transmen, will try to dig through my bookmarks for it when i get back home.
