tankie is sort of an odd descriptor because many of the most anti-revisionist types explicitly reject "sending in the tanks" in hungary and czechoslovakia. also if you uphold the soviet union at those points then you might have to accept their "peaceful coexistence" line, which is not very raven. beyond that, tank club accepts china as socialist apparently, which seems kinda lame.
