burlesque is empowering because it allows average-looking women to pretend to be strippers.

exactly. hey girl, i thought it was JUST FUCKIN' according to you? also, MGG is so ignorant and happily admits she doesn't know much about journalism or research and just leeches bits off the friends who continue to shovel her sex-poz totally rad whore stuff forward. she really and truly seems too dense to understand that once you are objectified, you lose your political relevance to the class that is exploiting you. it's very difficult for her to make any kind of point that makes sense and doesn't exclude the majority of people in sexual slavery. she will occasionally try to score logic points by talking about how law enforcement and liberals help keep prostituted women in jail but the Nordic model and tons of abolition organizations have been covering that point long before This American Whore came along.

it's mildly weird to me that you always get descriptive. like i could probably pay henrykrinkle to dredge up about 50 posts of you talking about someone coming on a prostitute's face. i'm not saying this is a bad thing, it adds some flair to the discussion.

the same problem with throwing hungry people in jail for stealing food or addicts for using drugs. it's criminalizing the victim.

Strongly disagree and I'm a little surprised to hear this from you as it contradicts your previous point. Patriarchy is the will to dominate, the sexual need for phallic power. And what does Nietzsche say about the will to dominate?
I have found strength where one does not look for it: in simple, mild, and pleasant people, without the least desire to rule—and, conversely, the desire to rule has often appeared to me a sign of inward weakness: they fear their own slave soul and shroud it in a royal cloak (in the end, they still become the slaves of their followers, their fame, etc.)
Patriarchy is fundamentally the fear. The fear of castration, the fear of loss of the symbolic order when confronted with a consciousness fundamentally alien (love). Just as the bourgeois is a paper tiger, so is the patriarchy and manhood a weak edifice, barely held together by insecurity.
The point here is that the will to dominate only increases with the strength of the enemy. Isn't the modern women, proud in her feminism, more attractive when stripped, weakened, and made an object? Isn't the idea of conquering a woman who is uncontrollable and wild more attractive than the reality of a woman, who is just another human being? Feminism, by being absorbed and used by capitalism, has only made a more exciting creature to be forced into servitude. The woman on the webcam, who likes all the things you like and chooses to be devoted to you, is far more popular and erotic than the weak, peasant woman who we think of as the patriarchal object. It is far more erotic to the weak willed man to have a prostitute with a life, a childhood, and a brain full of ideas be dominated to the power of your capital.
We must not misunderstand the enemy, strong women cannot defeat the patriarchy. Only the complete abolishment of gender under the terror of socialism can free both sexes to have relationships based on love and mutual humanity and not fear, domination, and coercion.
