Look at him just look at the guy
Then look at the comments, just look..

While lefty moms are flipping out about Powell teaching their kids structure some Chilean dude is trying to figure out what bazaar in Mexico City they sell that structure

5 days ago: so many schools , so many fools. the army or any organisation that uses force in order to gain is not one that can give complete structure to anyone or anything. crime, wars are as a result of the unequal environment we have created, the wars that we support the hypocrisy knows no end. everything about this corrupt system has to be questioned as its the reason why the world is the way it is, why we have to pay on a planet you are born, why this man who speaks so confidently and without remorse when he was part of an administration that attacked and killed a nation and people applaud him on how to bring up children worries me.

5 days ago: Hello. This is my first comment here on TED. Well, I'm Chilean, and in this country teachers are not respected at all. Kids since they enter kindergarten are disrespectful to their teachers, they don't listen, they are rude, don't care about what the teacher is talking about. I'm not saying all Chilean students behave this way, but mostly the low-income ones, they even threaten teachers! I think what Mr. Powell is proposing should be considered in my country, specially in public schools, because teaching those childrens is almost a "lost war". Plus, giving them this kind of instruction and learning, they will not be leaving school to go to steal and rob, as most low-income kids here in Chile do. They rather go to rob or mug, because is easier than learning something at school.

im back, emerging today from a cocoon of sound. it started when i was listening to the new mbv on my headphones, the music enveloping me while i finished off a bottle of liquor. then i passed out and i never quite woke up: those 8 hours of beautiful sounds droning on in my sleeping head had left me living a waking dream. in a mbv inspired stupor i stumbled off to work, and, still listening to the music, i felt as if my physical self were phasing in and out of existence, much like the guitars in "only tomorrow." i didn't interact with my coworkers all week, my body was a lie, because i dwelled spiritually and mentally elsewhere, with the music, which was the truth. i think my productivity actually increased... i went through the motions of the job as if lobotomized, not caring enough about anything to fall prey to my usual distractions like reading rhizzone. my work rate would quicken when my computer speakers pulsed with the sounds of "in another way" through "wonder 2" and then slacken as the album looped back to the beginning. it's now been 7 days since the album was released and in those 7 days i've never stopped listening. finally, today, my living coma ended without warning, suddenly, violently, like the climax of "who sees you." i still have the album playing and probably will forever, but i unmistakably "snapped out of it" and i am back, as i said at the start of this post. but something is different, either i have changed or i am returning to a different world. perhaps i will never truly be back.

protip for the valenteens: if your song sounds exactly the same the whole way through it probably shouldnt be more than 5 minutes long.

emanella maybe youre predisposed against them because of the weird live show or something but if youve listened to sometimes (posted by joel above) and think it "sounds like some shitty lo-fi indie shi" then youre a true noob, and youre dead to me. Full stop.
