basically the only real difference if al gore was president vs if george bush was president would be maybe some greater environmental regulations and maaaybe no war in iraq.

it might have happened that the Gore FBI might have focused on actual terrorism as a continuation from the Clinton era policies, instead of prosecuting pornographers to appease the Jesus freaks, so there might have been no 9/11. possibly. if there was a 9/11 under Gore he would have probably have served jail time imo
