Reading boffy's sophistry on the comments section of Michael Roberts blog is the only motivation one needs to read volumes 2-3 of capital & ToSV. I know what i'm doing this summer.

God i hate that guy though I skip his posts. I once told MR to ban him in the comments section but he's old and doesn't understand how the internet works. Also the guy who always responds to him once had a long discussion on third worldism with thug lessons on revleft. I'm sure both sides were dumb. Lot of lost trots online.

chapter 2 of dynamics is complete: http://www.readmarxeveryday.org/dynamics/pt2.html

lots of connections to current day situations, marx & engels' prescience are really on display here

"If a preoccupation with the sociological and economic background of politics and a determination to uncover the real motives that lie behind the words of politicians and governments are the hallmarks of modern political journalism, Karl Marx may properly be said to be it's father." -C. Blitzer

this chapter was over 100 pages and I was kind of demoralized having to type it all out. I recently got access to a scanner and was able to crank the remainder out in a week. should be finished with this book soon.

someone sent me an epub file with a bunch of grover furr's material which i added to the Extras section of Blood Lies

how are you?
