#47

thak you for this important contribution

The perfect dialectical synthesis: 1) Stalin killed at least twice as many people as Hitler, probably more, and 2) it was good that he did that
#57
lets look at the facts: stalin killed a lot of people. some say it could be as much as more than twice as many, or even more than three times as many. concrete figures? hitler killed 100 people. stalijn? 50? 60? maybe as many as 100 or more. its hard to say. but hte gfact is, stalin most likely killed more people than hitler, and thats a crime.

stalin was also extreme;y aphobic. i think he should be cancelled promptly

#60
Twice as many Hitlers killed Stalin than Stalin killed Hitlers.
#61
Do we have to be so negative? Why can't we reframe the situation and say "Hitler killed less than half the people Stalin did, the loser!"?

did hitler kill half as many? or did stalin? half of what. whats the numbers.. hitler killed 100 people. i know this for a fact. stalin killed 50 or more, probably much more, like maybe 200 or above

re: kill counts, it was sort of funny looking at museum displays about the socialist period in albania because they actually didn't seem to do the inflated killcount thing that people normally do for stalin or mao, so you were left with a kill count in the low thousands for the entire 50 year period the communists were in power, which made it sort of hard to see what was supposed to be so bad about enver hoxha. there were also some funny displays at one of the bunker museums where they were like 'the communists detained their political opponents in labor camps after the war!' with another sign next to that one helpfully explaining that the political opponents were all nazis or nazi collaborators.

His k/d ratio was in the low thousands but his written word output was in the millions. Who has time to read all that mumbo jumbo? Yeesh!

in the bunker museum there's a room that was specially built for hoxha to use and they have copies of some of his books in albanian on the shelves and there's a phone with a little label that says like 'pick up the phone to hear enver hoxha' and you pick it up and there's a hoxha speech on the other end so it's like you're really there in socialist albania doing all the moves alongside your favourite small nation communist leader, enver hoxha

that sucks. apparently she was a member of albania's tiny current communist party and refused to recant any of her beliefs or say that enver did anything wrong which is pretty cool.

the whole museum is really sick because the bunker was built to house like the entire albanian government and legislature in an emergency and so it's gigantic. there's also a smaller one in central tirana but that one isn't as cool.

#78
rip to hoxha

I remember a college student who was working with someone i knew claimed that his uncle was hoxha's second in command or designated successor or something. He seemed like a standard college student liberal so i didn't say anything
