the finale of Haunting of Hill House was really disappointing. (was drinking as I learned this)

Everything I read about that show was like someone drank a lot of cough syrup and fell asleep watching The Haunting and woke up convinced they were smarter than Robert Wise and Shirley Jackson combined. It's a good con though, change nothing but the names of your show's characters and locations so they match a bestselling book and then name the show after the book.
