I saw a post on Twitter that was like, 'White people love Hallowe'en because they wish they could be anything other than what they are,' and I got kind of annoyed with it because it's like, yeah, maybe, but I think they love Hallowe'en because of how horny it is, first and foremost.

Halloween 3 is a good movie. i like Exorcist 3, which is a good movie with a great cast that got cut together with some bullshit before it was released because of pressure from the money behind it. originally it was just supposed to be called Legion and not Exorcist anything but when that became mandatory they forced Blatty to go back and film some really bad & intrusive scenes so there’d be an exorcism in the Exorcist sequel. Anyway it still has Brad Dourif explaining to George C. Scott that you can decapitate someone without getting blood everywhere if you put a needle into a major vein and squeeze the blood out of the limbs like toothpaste tubes, while the sound people pitch shift his voice all over the place, so make your Halloween “hex-cellent” this year with Exorcist III.

i know that this is the year that Halloween Is Now Uncool but i think we should consider that holidays are mostly just fine and often are good reasons to socialize with friends and family, allowing us to reconnect to community bonds that we all too often let lie fallow.
