Yeah i was watching some kind of bad empire news a few days ago, pretty sure it was BBC, and they said Pence was heading over to "counter the warming of relations" between the Koreas. The bourgeois mentality is fascinating, that such things can be reported without the batting of an eyelid or anyone saying "whats up you yankee fucks"
#807
They have a 5th dimensional chess plan to keep the peace by playing the heel so hard both koreas unite in telling them to fuck off

DPRK found guilty of not broadcasting olympics on every channel simultaneously. NATO coalition rumored to be delaying implementation of no fly zone until shortly after the closing ceremonies in stunning show of restraint.

#819
the guy who tweeted that somehow got every word in the Korean name for Korean Central TV AND Sports TV wrong.... i hate to play devil's advocate but it seems entirely possible that both the BBC and this random guy are lying
#820
it's like... yes, let's resist western propaganda against the dprk, but also, let's not believe some moron that uses hangul to look more convincing but somehow gets it entirely wrong

kim jong uns sister is the new shade queen and buzzfeed looked in a mirror
https://www.buzzfeed.com/juliareinstein/kim-jong-un-sister-kim-yo-jong?utm_term=.pvePRwLNA#.ckEgl5ZD9

1. She's believed to be part of the regime's Propaganda and Agitation Department...so she's prooooobably not trying to defect.
4. In fact, the North Korean regime actually enslaves many of its citizens.
6. Kim Yo Jong's family literally runs gulags.
8. She's part of a country that is, quite literally, threatening nuclear war against the US.

south koreans are threatening a Canadian athlete in speed skating that got a bronze medal because their athlete got caught cheating and was disqualified. more proof North Koreans are more sane and less brainwashed than the south kkkoreans.
#832
reminder that the president of south korea was recently impeached for paying off a medium to talk to dead people. truly the materialism of the north is the leading light

*me, hungrily eyeing a photo of kim jong-un as i listen to the details of your date* "he got a sister?"

Not Korea but I'm loving this story that China banned the letter "N" and Animal Farm, the only book so heavy handed in its metaphor about socialism that the media propaganda about China gets through liberal skulls. They don't even try anymore, though as the last person on earth who remembers Qaddafi's viagra squads I guess who cares anyway, it's all supposed to make libs feel good and a pang of pity for the poor oppressed Chinese for a day before it vanishes forever.
#835
China definitely banned the letter N, this is a real and true thing that happened because chinese people were extremely mad online about their leader, the mad oriental Emperor N,

the report is from China Digital Times, they only say 'their editors' have 'discovered' these search terms being blocked on weibo or whatever, they are not transparent about their methodology but they are fairly transparent about their backing, which should tell you all you need to know:

It tells you if you try to post or search for a blocked term. You can make a Weibo account and try it for yourself, if you'd like.

Front page on reddit.

At least there's a bunch of people posting pictures of the book in stores, and people actually buying the book. Mods usually clarify misleading titles, but I guess not in this case

I'd not like, tbh, because it seems like a massive waste of time. So what if searching for "N" on weibo returns an error? What does that even mean?? In the report they have some cunt speculating that it's code for "N years", as in Xi ruling for an indefinite length of time. Well thanks Professor Oriental Understander, for cracking the wicked communist code. The whole premise of these reports is absurd and the fact that the people writing them don't die of shame just goes to show they're the saddest sacks of shite to ever haunt the corridors of western academia.
