i'm fantastically lucky in that i'm almost thirty, eat trash live like trash and am trash, but still about as skinny as I was a decade ago. on the other hand if i don't exercise and maintain good posture my back does a convincing impression of a claymore mine

I almost got in a fist fight earlier because i was walking out of mcdonalds and a 60 year old man walked up to me and told me to stop eating McDonald's and that it would kill me and then got pissed because i told him "fuck you dont lecture strangers" also he had glasses so i say gulag

I got a m&m mcflurry and dipped my large fries in it and was badass. Then my lunch break was over so i rode my bike another 20-30 miles

this is the thread we were talking about Omar Khadr in earlier so this Good News goes here. the feds have dropped their appeal of Khadr's bail. http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/omar-khadr-bail-fight-1.3454278

there is an attempt here on the liberal party's part to whitewash their own cruel history with Khadr, and the news coverage is mostly helping them, by emphasizing the conservatives appealing Khadr's bail. its been so long that its easy to forget (most canadians have) that when Khadr was first being held in guantanamo it was in fact the liberal party that played nice with the americans, breached the canadian Charter, and didn't intervene.

Trudeau would absolutely love it if everyone would conveniently forget this, hopefully there will be good coverage of Khadr's upcoming 20 mil lawsuit against the canadian government so we can air all the dirty laundry.

my Dream right now is to get Khadr's lawyer Dennis Edney to give a short talk at an anti-imperialism event because he has a really rad perspective to speak from.

Today I would like to talk about Omar Khadr. Omar comin'! Omar comin'! (you sternly shake your head no at me) Seriously though that show was great. My favourite scene was when they legalized drugs and everything went well. It was really gritty and realistic. You can get the DVDs now pretty cheap - like a box with all of them. Anyway about Omar Khadr I'd like to say you're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.
